Mock Interviews

Each year the Club facilitates a series of mock interviews for the senior pupils of Crieff High School.  The object of the exercise is to provide the students with experience of "real" external interview situations so as to give them an opportunity to develop or hone their skills for similar situations in the years ahead.  Feedback is given to the students, both positive and negative, in order that they might work on their weaker areas with a view to personal development.

In this 2009-2010 Rotary year 28 interviews were organised to take place over two days on 7th and 8th December and feed-back in each case has been provided to each interviewee and to the School.  Graham Mickel & Co. W.S., Graham & Finlayson W.S. and the Royal Bank of Scotland kindly provided accommodation for the interview sessions.

In 2010-2011 the Club expects to repeat the interview exercise beginning with nominations from the school around the end of September 2010.
